Cooking with the "Montreal Chicken" Spice blend.?

Tonight, I am making dinner for my family, and I have decided on steamed broccoli, mashed potatoes and Montreal Chicken. I use the spice "Montreal chicken" I start by putting aluminum foil on a baking sheet, and of course washing the chicken. Preheating to 350, I put the chicken on the baking sheet, and sprinkle the 'Montreal chicken" on it and the pour some Italian dressing on top. Super easy, my only problem is everything around the chicken burns! The chicken doesn't, in fact it turns out amazing! I just don't want the extra stuff on the foil to burn. How do I keep that from happening???
