I need your help on losing weight?

I'm 5'2, 179 pounds. I let myself go in the last few years and it's time I get my body back. Will any of this help? I cut out all fast foods and I only drink water. I also eat celery, cucumbers, and sometimes apples. That's all I eat during the day, and I only have one meal I eat in the day: Baked chicken with organic salad and lite dressing. I exercise every night as well. Are there any tips you can share with me? Does this sound healthy at all?
