If a guy rejects you w/o ever actually giving u a chance ..is it only b/c he thinks ur ugly?

I liked this guy but he rejected me cruelly by bullying me.....does tht mean he thinks im ugly or can there b other reasons? ( im in high school) if there r other reasons can u name a few? (im not a flirt) does everyone get rejected at some point of their lives even hot chicks like Jessica Alba or Megan Fox ? i am relly insecure. also, once tis guy answered a question on fb about wat attracts him the most from the opposite sex ...nd he answered intelligence. so does tht mean he didnt reject me just b/c of looks?
