haha bro i have had the exact same situation. The truth is, and its gunna hurt, she is only talking with you when she is bored. And you should try to maintain your friendship but i doubt you will ever work romantically. I mean id go ahead and tell her about your feelings and see how she reacts but i dont see that helping you friendship. In the end the only solution is to get another girl, ik its hard but she will see you with that girl and get jealous, and you could find yourself actually in a healthy relationship with someone else, at least that is what happened to me. Make her start the conversation, if she wants to be your friend she will.
