Quick, easy recipe for trout fillets?

When I use to cook fresh trout...I would salt & pepper and lightly dust with flour and fry for about 3 to 5 minutes per side depending of course on the size..........That's it...And I wouldn't put soy sauce on trout...just some lemon.....
