How to figure out where polaris is in the sky in degrees?

I have an earth science regents(big state exam for you non new yorkers) and I need to know how to figure out were polaris is in a specific spot in degrees. For others taking the test..can you find it in the esrt? or..how? please help im just doing last min studying thanks ^^
