Hi! I'm baking a red white and blue layer cake for a barbeque on monday, and was wondering if I could bake the layers today, and frost them on monday, because I also work a full time job, and won't have time to bake between tomorrow and monday. I'd keep them in containers in the fridge of course, but I really want them to stay moist. Would being in the refrigerator this long dry them out? Should I store them in the freezer?
