My Ipod touch 4g was dipped into a pool of water only the top but now the camara looking like theres water?

okay ive had it scince christmas and i have dropped it into milk and a puddle but tis time it got water into the camara now i can open the lock screen but the touch screen doesnt so i cant go o any thing but the lock screen.!!!!!! HELP
