Which is a better carrier option , huawei or polaris ? my interest is in Database, oracle,java?

I have offer from both of them n they are providing the same package .I have academic experience with java,oracle,php,html....polaris is sort providing service on these technologies. and i have no idea about software engineer role at huawei technology.Considering my future which 1 is better for me ?
